TroopMaster manages adult leaders in parallel with scouts, with separate records for personal data, training, and leadership positions.
Each adult record can store:
| Category | Fields |
|---|---|
| Personal Data | Name, address, phone, email, BSA ID |
| Medical / Emergency | Health information, emergency contacts |
| Vehicles | Vehicle information for trip rosters |
| Training | Completed training courses, dates, expiration |
| Order of Arrow | OA membership details |
| Leadership Positions | Current and past positions held |
| Awards | Adult awards earned |
| Custom Fields | Unit-defined additional fields |
Use the Quick Data Entry option to add multiple adults at once, entering basic information on one screen and completing details later.
Keeping training records current is critical for unit compliance (especially Youth Protection Training).
TroopMaster Web 2.0 can import adult training records from my.scouting.org:
This keeps Youth Protection Training (YPT) and other required courses up to date without manual re-entry.
