TroopMaster includes 120+ built-in reports. Reports are accessible from the Reports menu and can be filtered by date range, member group, and other criteria.
Note: The report names listed below are descriptive summaries. Exact menu names may differ slightly from what is shown in the software.

TroopMaster allows you to define custom member groups for reports:
- Navigate to Reports > Custom Filter (or Groups)
- Define criteria (e.g., all scouts in a specific patrol, all scouts over age 14, etc.)
- Save the filter for reuse
- Apply the filter when running any report
Most reports can be:
- Printed directly
- Exported to PDF for sharing
- Exported to CSV/Excel for further analysis
The 4403 report specifically generates a .txt file in the BSA format required for Internet Advancement 2.0 upload.
