TroopMaster offers mobile apps for iOS and Android that provide access to TroopMaster Web 2.0 data. The apps work offline after an initial sync.
Two apps have been released over time:

The app is free with an active TroopMaster Web 2.0 subscription.

Scouts and parents can record changes (e.g., marking a requirement complete) in the app. These changes are submitted to TroopMaster Web 2.0 as pending changes and must be approved by an administrator before they are committed to the database.
This approval workflow prevents unauthorized data changes.
To prevent a user from uploading any changes from the app:
Read-only app users can view and sync data but cannot push changes to the server.

Desktop/laptop users (Mac or PC) can use the full TroopMaster Web 2.0 interface in a browser for the best experience; the mobile app is designed for smartphones and tablets.
